Adam Hoffman was first licensed in 1999. Quickly upgrading to Amatuer Extra Class by the end of that year, he was bitten by the "DX" bug and begin his quest to work every country in the world. To date, he has confirmed over 300 countries on CW and 200 on SSB. While not DX'ing, Adam enjoys contesting. He has been a part of such contests at NQ4I as: CQWW SSB, NAQP, and the Georgia QSO Party.
In his non-radio life, Adam works as a clinical research manager at South Carolina Nephrology & Hypertension in Orangeburg, SC. He earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biology from the University of South Caroina - Aiken in 2005. His special interests are: Human Anatomy and Physiology, and Developmental Vertebrate Zoology.
